A Jeddah-based industrial services LLC, built for the Kingdom's downstream value chain.
Adwa Alburuj Petroleum Co. was established in Jeddah as a limited liability company to consolidate a vertically integrated portfolio of industrial services aligned with the downstream tail of the Kingdom's hydrocarbon economy.
The company's commercial registration authorises activities across refining co-products, lubricants and base oils, refractory and industrial construction materials, hydrocarbon logistics by pipeline and marine, energy-efficiency engineering, and petroleum testing — a footprint designed to serve national operators and Tier-1 EPCs through a single counterparty.
Adwa Alburuj's role is contributory to the localisation agenda set out in Vision 2030 and operationalised through IKTVA, SEEP, and LCGPA. Our engagement model is procurement-grade: documented, auditable, and structured for long-form industrial relationships rather than transactional supply.
Corporate governance
Adwa Alburuj operates with a documented separation of duties between the board of directors and operational management. Anti-bribery and anti-corruption (ABAC) controls are aligned with the principles of Saudi Nazaha and ISO 37001, and are embedded in our procurement, vendor onboarding, and counterparty due-diligence processes.
