Adwa Alburuj's CR authorises both crude and refined-product pipeline transport and marine/coastal hydrocarbon transport. Operationally we partner with licensed asset operators to provide commercial coordination, vetting support, and HSE oversight for movement between Saudi refineries, storage terminals, and export jetties.
